In an effort to engage more with the youth in our community, Art Guild members shared their love of art with children while volunteering at the Annual Parent Holiday Drop N Shop on December 3, 2016. The free event, co-sponsored between the Optimist Club and CE & Rec Department, allows parents to drop off their children for four hours (10:00am to 2:00pm) to enjoy arts and crafts, movies, storytime, pictures with Santa and lunch while parents grab lunch and shop for Christmas presents. Guild members staffed arts and crafts stations getting creative with children in their respective mediums.
